Träning: Kontrollplock i Spillhammar

Tid/avresa: 13:10 med stor buss (resa 35 min)

Karta – Spilhammar, Mariannelund - 1:10000 – 5m Eks. Quite old map but since I have the Lidar I have made some updates A4 Plastic Map Bag needed

Start – Relay start. 15min after bus arrives. 400m from Bus parking

Bana – 6km (short cuts very easy to make).

Diamond – Check your control numbers so you run the correct loop + right direction.

Gaffeled - 👍👍 “Real” Gaffels on top of diamond

Physical effort – “Chill”. Intensity level 2-3 (sub threshold/race pace)

Controls – Small kites

Map Turn Over – 2 sided map. It is stats on the map in red the map part (ex. Part 1)

Purpose / Goal of training - Build routine. Do the right things before leaving each control to ensure you find the next control very well. - Running with people around. To train your discipline, avoid getting into racing and stick to the game plan and focus on yourself. - Fun!! I planned it to be like this because you have had a couple of tough weekends so should be feeling tired, this is just to be more run than running by yourself. But you need to be smart and stay chilled, so you recover from the weekend
